In order to be eligible for a full refund your returned merchandise must be in its original unopened mint condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered.
Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem.
Defective items returned to us will receive a full refund.
A defective item can be exchanged for the same item depending on stock availability.
If you happen to decide to return an item for any other reason, we need to receive it in its original condition, still packaged with all tags.
